SHIPPING INFORMATION

The shipment is made within 1 to 4 working days to the peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

We do not ship during the weekend and during Spanish national holiday days.
Shipping costs are completely free for purchases from € 49. In case of not reaching this amount, the shipping will cost € 12.

Our cheeses are sent vacuum packed for better conservation.
All our products are shipped refrigerated and well packaged.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

To manage complaints, in case your order has arrived damaged or there has been an error in the delivery, contact us through the email coinga@coinga.com indicating the order number and the incident, attaching photographs of the product to manage the claim.

The payment methods allowed are bank-issued credit or debit cards. Coinga guarantees maximum security in the purchase process. The data provided by the client is protected under the security protocol of the bank to which it belongs.
