How do you send my order?
To ensure that the product arrives in unbeatable condition, transport is carried out only from Monday to Friday in refrigerated trucks. Currently, we serve orders to the peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
The shipment is made within 1 to 4 working days to the peninsula and the Balearic Islands. We do not ship during the weekend and during Spanish national holiday days, Saturdays and Sundays.
Shipping costs are completely free for purchases from € 49. In case of not reaching this amount, the shipping will cost € 12.
If my order is delayed, what can I do?
Coinga undertakes to comply with these delivery conditions, as long as the merchandise is available at Ctra. Nova S / N Alaior • Menorca.
In case of lack of stock, Coinga will inform the estimated time of delay, being able to return the amount, if the client so wishes.
Coinga is not responsible for the delay of the order due to third party problems.
What is the return policy?
An order can be returned as long as the order has arrived damaged, for this you have to take a photograph the same day the package is delivered. Proving the invalidity of the product and send it to coinga@coinga.com and then carry out the return process.
What can I do if not all the products have arrived?
Once the order is received, if a product is missing, you can contact Customer Service and make a claim, indicating the order number that you can find in the confirmation email.
