The Coinga cheese pack with Protected Designation of Origin Mah\u00f3n-Menorca is perfect as a gift. Pasteurized cow’s milk cheese, 100% natural cheese. Certificate in Animal Welfare. Coinga semi-matured cheese matures for 90 and 120 days. Its flavor is evolved and persistent, reminiscent of butter and toasted nuts. Easy cut. It is the most versatile Mah\u00f3n cheese, ideal for tapas, gratin, on toasted bread with tomato or the classic Balearic toast with hot sobrassada. An essential in Spanish cheese boards. Coinga matured cheese matures between 180 and 240 days, reaching an intense and aromatic flavor with hints of leather and aged wood. The paste is firm, consistent and reveals, when cut, a slightly rough surface with a soft shine. A delight for cheese lovers. Ideal as an appetizer or dessert, accompanied with nuts or sweet fruits, much better in company.<\/p>\n

The cheeses are sent vacuum packed inside the case. Keep cold. Remove half an hour before from the fridge for consumption. Consume preferably before 150 days.<\/p>\n
